    The Data Dictionary was created by RESO (Real Estate Standards Organization) to standardize data names used in Real Estate Data and technology. SimplyRETS uses the Data Dictionary as the basis of our data model to normalize all of the data in our API to get the highest compatibility level between MLS data feeds. Below is the latest Data Dictionary (v1.7) definitions in an easy to read and linkable format:
